Welcome to our events page. Here, you can see information on event packages. All events have a venue fee, as well as a required bar tab/order. Scroll to the bottom of the page for more details on our bar pricing.
Requests for a private (closed to public) venue are based upon availability.

Small Party
For an event with less than 30 guests. Decorating is done by the party host(s). This event lasts anywhere from 2-4 hours.
Venue (Public): $100
Venue (Bar Private): $250
Bar: Minimum $100 beer order or minimum $100 bar tab or open bar

Large Party
For an event with 61 - 150 guests. Decorating is done by the party host(s). This event lasts anywhere from 2-8 hours.
Venue (Private): $350

WEDDINGS/RECEPTIONS
Weddings and receptions are tailored to your individual needs. Reach out to events.pinevalleylodgewi@gmail.com with your wedding details to get a quote.
All weddings are private events that last all day.
We offer either an open bar or limited bar, with bartenders included.
We can decorate, if you choose, for an additional fee.
Lodging is based on availability for an additional fee.

Mid-Size Party
For an event with 31-60 guests. Decorating is done by the party host(s). This event lasts anywhere from 2-4 hours.
Venue (Public): $150
Venue (Private): $300
Bar: Minimum $200 beer order or minimum $200 bar tab or open bar

Community/Club Event
For events including award ceremonies, fundraisers, presentations, etc... Preferably, these events are private.
Venue pricing is subject to number of guests.
Bar pricing is subject to number of guests. We have options for open bar, limited bar, beer orders, or guest drink packages.
Lodging is based on availability for an additional fee.

Bar Pricing:
Beer Order: The host orders a specified quantity of beer ahead of time, which is then set out in coolers or ice boxes for the duration of your event. The bar will still be open for different drinks at the cost of the guests who choose to order. Recommended for a public event.
Limited Bar: Similar to an open bar, but the host chooses to pay for all the drinks ordered up to a certain price cap. (For example, the host pays in advance for the first $100 of drinks. After that cap is reached, the guests must pay for what they order. Recommended for a private event.
Open Bar: All the drinks ordered through the event are put onto a singular tab, which must be paid for by the host when the event ends. A charge will be placed on the host's card at the beginning of the event as a retainer, which will be refunded when the tab is paid. Recommended for a private event.
Guest Drink Packages: We would offer several drink packages for individual guests that the host would be responsible for distributing to guests and collecting payment, which will then be paid to the bar before the event. Recommended for community/club events, where the host does not want to be solely responsible for the bar tab. Please email events.pinevalleylodgewi@gmail.com for more information.
